The super talented trio took the stage to perform “The Prayer” by Andrea Bocelli and Celine Dion…

When three children took the stage of The Voice Kids to perform an epic song by vocal legends Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli, the judges and audience were taken aback. It’s one thing to look up to adults like Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli, but children perform here, and their talent is undeniable. During the battle on The Voice Kids, Matteo, Claudia, and Matteo Marcus perform the song “The Prayer,” and at first it appears that they are nervous. The opening music begins as the camera pans across each young singer as they prepare to perform.

Then Claudia begins the song, and the first note is perfect; the audience applauds, and the judges are impressed right away. The boys then take turns and are equally impressive, before each singer steps in with his part, their parents cry backstage, and the audience sits on the edge of their seats as the judge appears overcome with emotion. She stands up, clearly moved by this moving performance, as all three voices join together.

The crowd erupts as they reach the final note, and the kids perform a mini encore!
Interestingly, the song was originally recorded as two separate pieces, one in English by Dion and the other in Italian by Bocelli. In 1999, “The Prayer” received a Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song and was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Song.

In addition, in 2000, he received a well-deserved Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Collaboration. Among the many comments left on the speech’s YouTube video were those who questioned how anyone could choose who would advance to the next round, with one person asking, “How could you choose between those three?” It was breathtakingly beautiful. “I sobbed.”
